How can I get 30 minutes of physical activity a day?

Day one and three:
- 8 minutes taking the stairs instead of the elevator
- 8 minutes chasing the dog, kids or grandkids around the yard
- 14 minutes walking briskly around the block/park/office during the lunch break or after dinner

Day two and four:
- 10 minutes biking to work or the store
- 15 minutes raking leaves or mowing the lawn
- 5 minutes doing sit-ups and/or push-ups

Day five and seven:
- 10 minutes dancing to a favorite song
- 10 minutes walking the dog
- 10 minutes washing and waxing the car

Day six:
- Pick the activities you enjoyed the most and repeat.
