Your Mycellf Program will give you information about five key areas of health, all of which are clinically proven to be optimized through diet and lifestyle modification. All 19 genes analyzed influence these 5 areas of health. Your DNA-based advice will cover a healthy heart, healthy bones, insulin sensitivity, anti-oxidant and detoxification effectiveness, and inflammation. Once your diet, lifestyle and genes have been analyzed, we’ll send you a confidential personalized Action Plan telling you how to match your diet and lifestyle to your genes.

OVERALL Mycellf ACTION MAP
The Overall Mycellf Action Map plots your current assessment against your optimal health potential for the 5 health areas; heart, bone, insulin sensitivity, detoxification, antioxidants and inflammation. This map clearly illustrates which health areas require the most attention, and gives you an idea of how much effort is required to reach your health goals. By following the diet and lifestyle recommendations in your Action Plan you can significantly impact your Action Map and move closer to optimal health.

YOUR PRIORITIES
By matching your genes to your diet and lifestyle, we can identify which health areas require the most attention. Rather than be overwhelmed by the large amount of advice being given out on the web and in the media, Your Priorities will guide you in focusing your efforts to ensure that the diet and lifestyle changes you make will be affective and reflect your personalized profile.

YOUR HEALTH PROFILE
For each health category you will be given a Health Profile. This table lists the genes that have been analyzed and that impact a particular area of health. An example is Bone Health. In Your Bone Health Profile, the results for 4 genes are listed. The table illustrates what role the genes play in bone health, what variation was analyzed, the result, and importantly, whether this result will impact your bone health.

YOUR Mycellf ACTION MAP
Each of the health categories have an Action Map, an example is Your Bone Health Mycellf Action Map. Your position on the Action Map is marked with an icon You Are Here, This is plotted by combining your Gene Assessment (which cannot change), and your Diet and Lifestyle Assessment (which can change depending on the diet and lifestyle choices you make). Your Optimal Health Goal is identified by the Your Goal icon. By following the diet and lifestyle recommendations in your Mycellf Action Plan you will move closer to your goal and to optimal health.

YOUR Mycellf Action Plan
Your Mycellf Action Plan provides diet and lifestyle recommendations that will help you reach your goal. For each dietary and lifestyle component, easy-to-read charts give you Your Current Estimated Intake and Your Goal making it easy to see exactly what you need to modify to reach your health goals. The examples below show two of the dietary components that impact bone health.

REFERENCE SECTION
Your Mycellf Action Plan also includes a Reference Section, providing you with all the additional information you need to understand and implement your recommendations. This section includes Action Areas; a reference guide that will help you choose the right foods by providing Food Examples and Tips and Advice. Key Terms Explained provides explanations for words used that you may not be familiar with, and FAQs will answer any questions you may have.
